Why don't we serve blue fin tuna?       As you know there are many different species of tuna. From Blue fin, which is the biggest to Yellow fin, big eye and many more. Blue fin being the biggest has the most fat content out of all the tunas and is highly prised. Because of over fishing the Blue fin tuna in on the threatened list. We here at Sushi Hana try our best to be as up to date about the fish we serve. Only serving sustainable fish.
